#InCinemas: Gerard Lough’s new music video Warped playing now in cinemas

In an unusual move for an Irish-made music video, Warped by British electronic band Electro Kill Machine and directed by Irish filmmaker Gerard Lough is currently playing before showings of T2 Trainspotting in Eclipse Cinema in Lifford, Co. Donegal.

Warped¬†is the new single by British electronic band Electro Kill Machine. It is the 11th music video directed by Irish film-maker¬†Gerard Lough, who is also a¬†synthesiser¬†music enthusiast.¬† The video was shot on location in Donegal, Ireland and stars newcomers Aidan O’Sullivan and Anais Rizzo, as well as cult horror¬†actor Michael Parle. It pays homage to 80’s Sci-Fi classics such¬†as¬†Predator¬†and¬†The Terminator. ¬†

Electro Kill Machine hail from Basildon, Essex, the same town as the world’s most¬†successful¬†electronic¬†band, Depeche Mode.¬†Warped¬†appeared on the soundtrack to Lough’s 2015 feature¬†film¬†Night People¬†and both parties have discussed making a video for the song ever since.
