#Fleadh2016: Nigel O’Brien’s The Last Man journeys to the 28th Galway Film Fleadh

Making its way to Galway for the 28th Galway Film Fleadh is The Last Man, the 2nd short in the Pocket-Watch Trilogy, from director Nigel O’Brien.

The Last Man sees the hero (Joe Byrne) returning home from a future war into a world similar to that of the Twilight Zone or The Outer Limits. On his journey he is confronted with something that will test him to his very soul…

The Last Man is based on an original screenplay from O’Brien and Martin Cassidy. Barry Fahy was DoP and editor, with music from Liew Ceng Teng.

The film is a BlackRoad Studios / LibranPictures production, co-produced with Climbing the Ladder Productions.
