Dublin Doc Fest opens submissions for 2016 festival

The submission process for the fourth Dublin Doc Fest is now open, with the festival taking place in Dublin on February 28th, 2016.

Dublin Doc Fest is a short documentary film festival and screening based in Dublin. The festival showcases the work of both Irish and International filmmakers. Founded in 2013 by documentary filmmaker Tess Motherway, the festival’s objective is to create a new platform for short documentary film in Ireland, and to give it its own space and context for exhibition, in carefully curated programmes.

The festival is looking for short documentary films that do not exceed 10 minutes duration. Online screeners are only accepted for submissions. Films are permitted trailers/previews of up to 10% of their length available online but the film must not be available in its entirety to watch online.

The submission deadline is Friday 11th December 2015 at 5p.m.Entries can be made via FilmFestivalLife or FestHome.
